We are the ______ percent.

We wrote about our personal experiences with violence.  28 out of 30 students and teachers surveyed said that they experienced gun violence; THAT's 93% of the class.  WOW.  What is your reaction to reading these personal stories?

    We kids are very in portent.The way I see it we are the future we will be the one who mack flyin cars.cool things that will mack live easy for us an you.We can`t do that if people are killin kids an even older people.We should all love one another =ly

    I think gun violence is a disgrace mainly the whole world is effected by gun violence gun violence is the worst thing in the world to me gun should be legal you shouldn't want tohave a gun WE ALL ARE 93%

    THIS IS REALLY SAD AND IS REALLY CRAZY that all these kids has been exposed to gun violence.Kids should not be scared to stand on thier porch or go to the store because the boys are standing out there.

    I am glad that we did this because I learned a lot just about this topic.This is very sad because people just don't want to take thier time and work out there situations,they want to go get a gun and kill.I hope that things will change in the future because I don't want my future kids growing up and thinking killing is the correct way to solve something.

    gun violence should end because gun violence is happened everywhere not just one place but lots more places people are losing there life to gun violence.

    I THINK THAT IT IS CRAZY BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE GETTING KILLED OVER PETTY STUFF LIKE DRUGS TO MONEY TO HITS TO DICE GAMES.THE MURDERS NEED TO STAY IN JAIL FOR LIFE.IT IS VERY SAD TO THE FAMILY THAT LOST THEIR LOVE ONES.

    I hate to say that these storys are very sad compared to people not in austin or anywhere else. I can compare to these story because my cousin was in a gang and got shot over a sawbuck bag of weed. While at the funeral the shooter came to pay his respect and is now in jail for murder for 10 years to life. Thats my life story
